Everything you need to know about how your order reaches you — and how to send it back if it isn't right.

Order processing

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your bag is on its way.

Shipping times & rates

Standard shipping is free on orders over $150; a flat $12 applies below that. Standard delivery is 3–6 business days, with express options at checkout.

International orders

We ship to the US, UK, EU and Australia. Any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility and are shown at checkout where possible.

Returns

Changed your mind? Return unused bags in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returns are free in the US, UK and EU.

Damaged or faulty items

If your bag arrives damaged or faulty, email hello@asterstudio.com within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or colour? Start an exchange from your account or contact us — we'll reserve the new style while your return is on its way.
