Yes. We ship across Europe, the UK, North America and most of Asia-Pacific. Duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout for most destinations, so there is nothing to settle on delivery. Any country we cannot reach yet is flagged before you pay.

Within one hour of ordering, before the warehouse picks it. Reply to your confirmation email with your order number and we will change the address, swap a colour or cancel outright. Once a parcel has been dispatched, use a free return instead.

Standard shipping is free over $150 and $8 below that; express is $18. International rates are calculated at checkout by destination and weight. Our pieces run from 0.08 kg for a bag charm to 1.08 kg for the largest travel backpack, so most orders fall into the lightest bracket.

30 days from delivery. Bags must be unused and in original condition with tags and dust bag included; bag charms return on the same terms. Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of the parcel reaching our warehouse.

Yes. Your dispatch email carries a tracking link that goes live within a few hours of the carrier’s first scan, and the same link sits in your account under Orders. If tracking has not moved in three business days, contact us and we will chase the carrier for you.

Open the returns link in your dispatch email or in your account, pick the items and choose a reason. We send a prepaid label and your nearest drop-off point. Repack the bag with its dust bag, attach the label, and we will email you once it is scanned in.

Every product page lists exact dimensions in centimetres and capacity in litres, so you can compare two bags directly. As a guide, clutches hold 2–3 L, crossbodies 3.5–7 L, shoulder bags 5–11 L, satchels 7–13 L, hobos 5–17 L, totes 12–24 L and backpacks 14–25 L. Straps measure 48–125 cm.

Yes. Every bag carries a two-year warranty covering manufacturing faults in materials, stitching and hardware. The six leather bag charms carry one year. Marks of normal use — patina, surface scratches, suede shading — sit outside the warranty. Send us your order number and we will assess repair or replacement.

Two families. Leather & Suede covers 48 styles: smooth, grained and soft-grain leather, suede, suede with leather trim, woven leather and satin leather. Canvas & Nylon covers nine: cotton canvas, recycled nylon, waxed nylon, and canvas or nylon with leather trim. Each product page names its exact material.

Each product page carries a Fits What? list built from real contents — a 15-inch laptop, A4 notebook, 750 ml bottle, wallet and a light layer in a large tote; phone, cardholder, keys and a lipstick in a crossbody. Padded laptop fits run 13, 14, 15 and 16 inches, and 30 styles are sized for everyday carry without one.

Wipe smooth and grained leather with a soft dry cloth, condition it occasionally, and keep it away from prolonged moisture, direct heat and rough surfaces. Suede wants a suede brush, kept dry and stored out of strong light. Canvas spot-cleans with a damp cloth — keep leather trim dry and let it air-dry naturally.

Yes. Add gift wrapping at checkout and we pack the bag in a ribboned box with a handwritten card — leave your message in the note field. Bag charms are wrapped in a smaller box at no extra cost. Prices never appear on a gift packing slip.

Four styles are, all built in nylon or waxed nylon: the Remy Zip-Pocket Shoulder Bag, Cove Colorblock Flap Backpack, Atlas Utility Buckle Backpack and Ridge Rolltop Travel Backpack. You will find them together under Water-Resistant Bags. Leather, suede and canvas styles shrug off light drizzle but are not waterproof — let them dry naturally if you get caught out.

In four countries: 29 styles in Portugal, 17 in Spain, nine in Vietnam and two in Italy, with the country of origin stated on every product page. Leather and suede come from our Portuguese, Spanish and Italian workshops; every canvas and nylon style is made in Vietnam.
