What's covered
Every Aster Studio bag is covered for 2 years against manufacturing faults — stitching, hardware, straps and clasps.
What's not covered
Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, and the natural patina or softening of leather over time aren't covered.
How to make a claim
Email hello@asterstudio.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll respond within 2 business days.
Repairs first
Where possible we repair rather than replace. In-warranty repairs are free; out-of-warranty repairs are offered at a fair cost.
Replacements
If a bag can't be repaired, we'll replace it with the same style — or the nearest equivalent if it's discontinued.
