Refund policy

How and when refunds are processed once your return reaches us.

Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition with tags and packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we've received and inspected your return.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to process after inspection; your bank may take a little longer to show it.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or we made an error.

Gift cards and final-sale items can't be refunded. Personalised or monogrammed bags are non-returnable unless faulty.
