A lasting bag is considered before the first piece of leather is cut.

We reinforce the areas that carry the greatest weight. We select hardware for repeated movement, not simply for shine. Handles, straps, seams and closures are tested against the realities of everyday use.

Durability is rarely the result of one dramatic feature. It comes from dozens of quiet decisions made correctly.

Materials that can evolve

Full-grain leather is valued not because it remains unchanged, but because it ages with integrity. Its surface softens and develops a patina without losing the strength of its natural grain.

We pair it with dependable hardware and carefully selected linings so the entire bag—not only its exterior—is built for a long working life.

Repair instead of replace

Even the best-used objects occasionally need attention. A worn strap, tired edge or damaged fitting should not automatically mark the end of a bag’s life.

Whenever possible, we repair individual components rather than replace the entire piece. Repair preserves the materials already used, the work already invested and the personal history the bag has gathered.

The most responsible product is often the one you do not need to buy again.
